Manual Voter Registration Form
In order to register to vote online, you must have an Illinois Driver’s License or State ID. Registration by other means is now closed. If you would like to register or update your existing registration for this election, then you may take advantage of “Grace Period” Registration. “Grace Period” Registration is an extension of the period of time for a voter to register to vote, or to update their registration information. This “Grace Period” Registration extends registration from the normal close of registration through Election Day. Once registered, this voter may cast a ballot during this “Grace Period” at the election authority’s office or at a location specifically designated for this purpose by the election authority, or by mail, if no ballots are available at the office of the election authority.
